[Theme: Mantra] Adding posts on Homepage

I feel so silly for asking this question because this is probably one of the most basic tasks everyone should know how to do with any theme of theirs. I cannot for the life of me figure out where in the Mantra Theme Settings I can display posts on my homepage. So how do I do it? Every time I create a new post, I can’t find a link to it anywhere on my website; I have to access it via direct link.
