    Hi Mihai,

Great looking pluggin but doesn’t seem to work with my set up. Firstly thumbs in “Available Images” pane all seem to load as transparent .pngs so can’t see anything (see screenshot1). Secondly when dragging the image into the document a link is add (to phpThumb.php) rather than the image (see screenshot2).

    WordPress Version 3.5.1

    Plugins installed: See screenshot3
    PHP Version 5.3.23
    Server OS Linux

    Browsers tested:
    Chrome Version 26.0.1410.65
    Safari 6.04
    Firefox 21

    OS: Mac OSX v10.8.3

    Thanks for any help!

    Hi ElwoodP,

Do you have any errors in your PHP log? Or in the Image Pro Log (/wp-plugins/image-pro…/logs/impro.log)?

If not, please make me a limited rights account so that I can try the phpThumb.php link for myself and try to find out what errors you get.

You can send me the details through the contact form in my site, http://www.mihaivalentin.com/about-me/

    Thanks,
    Mihai.

    Hi Mihai,

Thanks for getting back to me. Doesn’t look like there is anything relevant in PHP log.

impro.log can be downloaded from here:
    https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/3454522/impro.log

Does that help? Otherwise let me know and I’ll set up an account for you.

    Thanks for your help.

    Hi Elwood,

Nothing useful in the log. Please set-up an account for me so I can take a look at the issue (send the info through the contact form in my website).

    Thanks,
    Mihai.

Minification plugins (like WP-Minify) were interfering with the thumbs jpeg output and trimmed the lines in the files, resulting in invalid files, which were not displayed.

This issue is not fixed, so please update Image Pro and make sure you remove all folders under /wp-plugins/image-pro…/src/thumb/cache/*.
