Server load for better wp security

    Dear bosses,
    I am using Better Wp Security for a long time. This is really a awsome securty plugin. Recenlty my site visitors increased a lot. But, I am in sharred host. So, hosting authority warn me that you better wp security creates lots of server load. They suggest me to disable the plugin or disable the logging function of better wp security. How to do this or how can remove extra pressure from server?
