Hi,

The email sent to the event contact when a booking is first made :

#_BOOKINGNAME (#_BOOKINGEMAIL) will attend #_EVENTNAME on #_EVENTDATES.

works almost perfectly. The only problem is that #_BOOKINGNAME is empty in my sent email :

(222@111.com) will attend French Lesson for beginners on 24/12/2013.

What can be the problem ? I want the user name to appear before the email address.

Has booking name definitely been filled in by the user?

Hi,

My logged in users only have a username, not all have a name. I just want the username to be displayed, maybe I have to change something in the class files ?

hi,

you can override that placeholder – http://wp-events-plugin.com/tutorials/modifying-placeholder-default-information/

replace:
– location with booking
– $EM_Location with $EM_Booking

then you can try something like $replace = $EM_Booking->get_person()->user_email;
