How to reset "sharing numbers"?

    Two weeks ago my site was too slow, there was some error and specialists from iPage deleted the “shares” somehow…
    After that my site was turbo-fast, but today, two weeks after that my site is loading slow again.
    I’ve contacted iPage, they told me that “shares” could slow down the site, but I must take care of that from my end.
    I’m using w3 total cache and optimizing using mySQL database, but no results.
    How to reset sharing numbers?
