Hello.
If you are need that your visitors have possibility to cancel or edit their bookings, or you are need to send the payment request to the visitor, so please check instruction how todo it here.
Here is clarification from that description how to configure it:
1) Firstly you are need to insert the [bookingedit] shortcode to some page.
Please note, if we open this page directly, we will see this warning “You do not set any parameters for booking editing”, its because is possible to open the links to this page only from the email templates, which is received the visitor, after he made the reservation. (inside of that link will be specific parameters for the identification of the booking).
2) Now, you can open the General Booking Settings page and insert into the “URL for booking editing” option, our URL to the page from point #1.
3) Now you can open the Booking > Settings > Emails page and insert into the specific email templates the shortcodes for the links to the editing/cancel or payment request about the specific booking.
4) Now if you are made the booking, you will receive the email with link for possibility to edit this booking. Or you can send the payment request (from the Booking Listing page) for the specific booking to your users. This user will receive the email with link to the page (this link will have the secret HASH parameter), where he can make the payment.
