   When I go to follow the installation link after configuring the wp-config.php file and uploading all files I get this error message in the IE browser:

   "Your PHP installation appears to be missing the MySQL which is required for WordPress."

   I have the MySQL database set up with the database name, username and password. Why am I getting this error message, I have uploaded all the files in the wordpress file??

   Your host hasn't set up php with the mysql extension. Contact them to fix this.
