How to integrate in front end registration

    Hi, I am using a front end login/registration plugin called UPME from codecanyon, they have not added the ability to add any type of captcha.

    I am using BWP reCAPTACHA plugin for adding the functionality to contact form 7 using CF7 recap extension.

    So what do i need to do to add recaptcha to the plugin I am using?
