Doesn't export sites with custom taxonomies

I’m using this plugin here http://wp-types.com/ to generate custom taxonomies for my site, after I’ve generated the static files with really-static, only the front pages are generated, none of the custom taxonomy pages are generated though.

How do I solve this issue?
