Sorry? There isn’t (and never has been) an “eshop products module”. Are you sure you have the right plugin?
Yes i am sure the plugin is the right one…the version is 6.3.10…
it is weird as it was able to show the products randomly on the sidebar using the function of random products displayed which is set in “eshop Products” not long ago..
Are you referring to the eshop_random_products shortcode? As far as I am aware, that can only be used in the content area of your Posts & Pages – not in the sidebar.

The [eshop_random_products] shortcode can only be used in a Page or Post’s content area. It cannot be used in a sidebar. It never could be used “as is” in a sidebar since eShop was first released over 4 years ago.

eShop has excellent support for sidebar widgets. There’s a widget for the checkout and view cart links. And then there’s another widget for products. The products widget is very flexible. You can place multiple instances of it in the sidebar, each instance showing a different set of products: bestsellers, featured, random, specific products, etc. And you can set it to either show images or text.
So you are not using the [eshop_random_products] shortcode?
yes i think but theme was set by someone before…
actually, i know very little about shortcode….not long ago, the images were able to be shown on the right sidebar by random as long as i choose the sidebar widget function and set as random display…
