Editing the “More Quicktag” feature!

Hello everyone!

Is there any way to edit the “More Quicktag”, so that when one of my reader clicked the “More…” link, it would straightway display the whole post starting from above rather than continuing the article from where I inserted the more quicktag?

This is because most of my ads are located on top of my page and I wanted the “More…” link to link the whole article, rather than starting from where I inserted the more quicktag.
