    I am getting two error messages: first this one: Fatal error: Theme CSS could not load after 20 sec. Please download the latest theme at http://galleria.io/customer/

    So I went to Envato (which is where I bought Ciola (from Theme Forest). I have no idea why the name galleria.io/customer came up. Anyway, I was told to delete Ciola (by uploading another theme) which I did, but when I tried to upload Ciola again, I was told it was missing a css style sheet and that the theme was broken. Now, I know this sounds like the problem belongs to Ciola, but error message no. 1 turned up a couple of times after I went back to Canvas.

    I have a ticket in with Envato, but they aren’t answering in a timely way and I’m not sure where this problem belongs. I’m not a techie, so please help me figure this out.

    In case you didn’t figure it out, I had this problem, too.     It had to do with a plugin called Slickr Flickr.

    Hi. i do not have the plugin Slickr Flickr installed but still get the issue. Can someone advise on what the solution could be? My URL is . Thanks
