Validation problem

I have a problem with validation on w3c, I get 2 errors:
1) Line 602, Column 171: Element link is missing required attribute property.
Code on line 602:
<link rel=’stylesheet’ id=’cvg-styles-css’ href=’http://www.mysite.com/wp-content/plugins/cool-video-gallery/css/cvg-styles.css?ver=3.5.1′ type=’text/css’ media=’all’ />2) Line 603, Column 208: Element link is missing required attribute property.
