Can't Log In Since Activating Dongle Plugin For Brute Force Attacks

After over a thousand brute force attacks in past 24 hours, I installed several plugins to combat the attacks. Everything worked fine (even though the attacks continued) until I entered a challenge and response for the Dongle plugin. I have not been able to log in since. My URL is http://swisstoons.com/
I’ve tried searching Google and the WP Forum for a remedy to no avail. I should mention that I am not computer savvy. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
