Conflict with Ultimate TinyMCE

With CJT activated, the tinymce doesn’t show at all. Only the text (code) editor is available. Deactivating CJT brings it back.

On console, shows error “Uncaught ReferenceError: CJTBlockShortcode is not defined” and directs to shortcode.js:54
