Firstly, I would like to say that this plugin looks very promising. I tried to make this plugin work on both the admin multisite and the main domain of the multisite. Each install looks like the plugin works but after following these steps:

Go to the Plugin Organizer settings page and check the enable radio button under selective plugin loading. Then visit your homepage. Finally return to the Plugin Organizer settings page and see if the enable radio button is still checked. If it is not then you are running an old version of the MU component. Copy the PluginOrganizerMU.class.php file to the mu-plugins folder then deactivate and reactivate the plugin. Repeat these steps to ensure that the plugin is working. Remember that you will need to update the PluginOrganizerMU.class.php file whenever the plugin is updated and check your settings afterward.

Nothing works. All the plugins still work and it does not effect the loading of the plugins. I am using GTmetrics to see if it stops the javascript for the plugins I turned off and it does not.

I would love to use your plugin as it looks very promising to help stop unneeded scripts deploying on certain pages but I ran in to a brick wall.

    Any suggestions?

OK, I figured out what was wrong! I had a MU folder already made in a different area and putting the file in there activated the plugin. Thank you so much for this plugin……
