Map with info and links to pages/posts

    I have looked everywhere for a free plugin that allows me to show a dynamic map and let me place pins/dots on it. Each pin/dot should link to a page or show information with links.

    Like a google map where i place my own information on specific locations and have my own information and links for each location?

    Any ideas?
