How can I create Input boxes?

I’m trying to create a input box or container not sure what’s the right word 300px wide and 30px high.
I will have titles on the left side of the box and links on the right side of the box.

There will be about 20 titles with links on each page and I would like that each title and score are in its own box.

Any ideas suggestions?
