    I am having the same problem. Have you found an answer to this? If not, I hope some others chime in as I just paid $99 Cart66 Pro.

    Then why are you posting here if you’ve the commercial version?

    Please contact the vendor on his site. The only version supported here is the version hosted on WordPress.ORG’s plugin repository.

    The commercial version doesn’t do Cash On Delivery. Any answer you get for Lite should work with Pro.

    In fact yes, i did find a solution.

    just use in the checkout page the following shortcode

    To the Brute Squad (Jan Dembowski, above):
    The answer provided by nikosv (a cool guy) works in cart66 Pro (the commercial version you referenced it) as well! Maybe this will help others who stumble on this post in the future.
