pagination after update

Hi, i refer to this resolved post which is not for me:

I deleted the “Paged Format” permalink, but doing this will also delete the pagination title from internal pages (page 2,3, and so on).
I would like to remove the pagination title (part 1) from the homepage only, but leave it on the internal pages (part 2, 3 ….)
Possible?
