Does This Plugin Contain Malware

After installing this directly through the WP plugin interface and then activating it, when I click on the Plugin Central menu item Chrom blocks it saying:

Danger: Malware Ahead!
Google Chrome has blocked access to this page.
Content from xxxindianxxx.com, a known malware distributor, has been inserted into this web page.

What’s going on?
