Does the plugin have built in caching system?

    I was wondering if the plugin has a caching system, because some categories have the same content for long time periods, I don’t know if the page is generated every time someone visits the page even if was visited before.

    Can the plugin overload CPU? with 15 categories and around 100 elements on each one, with 500 visits per day.
