PHP Errors – Uninitialized string offset & Undefined Variable

Ever since I did a plugin update (Can’t remember exactly which plugin) I’ve been having these errors pop up.

When I try to leave a comment on apost, after clicking ‘enter’ it takes me to a page with these:

I’ve tried searching for this, but there doesn’t seem to be a problem similar to mine.

If anyone can help that would be great.
