Can't add a new Pop UP

    Hi,

    I’ve been using this plug-in for sometime and it worked great for me, specially rules. But now it’s now working anymore.

    I successfully re-installed the plugin and menu item also appeared in back-end. Whenever I try to add and activate a pop-up it goes to pop-up list with the message “Pop Up not added”.

    Please help me to solve this problem.

    Has anything changed recently? New plugins added? New theme?

    Have you checked that file permissions are correct according to what your host requires?

    Mike,

    I was trying different things and finally figure out the problem. For some reason plug-in can’t create wp_popover table by itself. I manually created it and now everything working super fine.

    Still confused why it couldn’t create the table. I have properly assigned fully privileged user to WordPress database.

    Anyway, problem solved. Thanks for the help.

    Strange, but I’m glad it’s working, that’s something that you might need to talk to your host with if all is set up correctly for WordPress with permissions correctly assigned.
