Form to provide downloads

I am using Advanced Custom Fields to create 2 file uploads that are attached to the post.
I’m looking for a way to provide checkboxes in CF7 form to select if the file links are to be included in the reply email.

So basically I’m looking for a way to use the value of a custom field as the value for a checkbox in CF7 form and have that value sent in an email.

If this isn’t possible with the above could someone possibly provide some possible solution to use CF7 to gather user info in return for downloading technical data sheets PDFs

I have already looked into “Email Before Download” that bridges several plugins together to create a not so user friendly way of doing this. So I’ve already been down that route. Advanced Custom Fields provides a nice easy way to add the pdfs to each post in a logical place and a common wp ui interface. I just need to get them into cf7 form some how.
