The plugin just shows the pages/groups you have access to on Facebook.
For pages, this means that the Facebook account you have authorized the plugin with needs to be owner of the page. Try to authorize the plugin again with another Facebook account (just remove the App ID and Secret from the Easy setup section and follow the setup guide again).

Thank you very much for your prompt response. Referring to your point “owner of the page” Pages only have admins, not owners. I am set as the Manager, I have demoted the other three admins, but a re-authorize still does not give me the ability to select the page from the plugin. In fact, I own about four pages and do not see any of them.
