What extension should I use to build a forum twitter like platform?

    Hi, I just wonder what would the best plugin that I should use to build a website? It has a forum and a micro blogging function like twitter. There has so many options out there but not sure which one is the best. If you could suggest me it would be much appreciated. Thanks
