Created then deleted child theme–website messed up now

First off, I probably have no business trying to create a child theme yet. But I did–using the ‘One Click Child Theme’ plugin. I did this in an attempt to edit the height of my header image. So I created this child theme, which messed up my site. Couldn’t figure out how to undo it. So I deleted the child theme from my files and now I’ve really messed things up. What can I do to restore my original website with the twenty eleven theme? Please tell me this can be fixed!
