Doesn't work with my theme & some suggestions

I’m using a paid theme called Magazine Premium and Totally Booked won’t work with it. My sidebar content gets pushed down below the book’s image and the buy button.

Also, support for series is great, but could you also have a spot where you list the genres the book is in? And what if a book is in multiple genres? For example, if a book is listed in both science fiction and horror, when you click “see more in this genre,” will it show all books that match sci-fi and horror, will it only match books that are in both, or will it prioritize one genre over the other? The same goes for the author. Most of my books are written by myself, but sometimes I have a collaborator and without showing the authors on the page,

Links to iTunes and Kobo are also sorely needed. These are two of the big four online retailers and really need to be included.
