Move old site to new site

I just moved my old site to a new site, before moving i have disconnect Jetpack and then followed the steps on Moving_WordPress and using a search and replace to update with the new location.

In the new website I connect it with Jetpack but seem Jetpack start counting from scratch and not of continuing from the old website.

New site: http://catatanbelajar.com

Is possible old data from old site merge to new site including stats and subscriptions?
