Fancy Gallery Not Working in Custom-Post-Type (portfolio) Only

I have been wrecking my brain trying to figure out why fancy gallery functionality works all over my website except for in the custom-post-type or portfolio post. When I click thumbnails in the gallery, they go straight to the attachment page.

Can anyone help me out?
