custom field page like category page

Hello,

I want to display all posts with the same value in a custom field on a page, exactly like it is possible for categories (/category/category-a) . Now I wonder if this feature is

• already build into wordpress
• can be achieved through a plugin
• has to be “hard coded”

Any pointers how to achieve this highly appreciated.
