Redirect visitor to a new "thank you" page Not working

    Hi

    I am using Business Small 4.1.4.

    My issue is that I have selected to option “Redirect visitor to a new ‘thank you’ page” after a booking is complete.

    But the page does not redirect after booking, it just stays on the same page and does the “Show ‘thank you’ message” option.

    I have tried the booking in chrome and firefox. logged in and out. But still the form will not redirect.

    Have I missed an option?

    Hello.
    Please recheck for the any cache plugins in your system. If you are using one of them, please deactivate it or add the exception to the page with booking form.
    Please recheck your General Booking Settings page that you are realy activated the “redirection to the “thank you” page ad not the showing of the “thank you” message. Please note, in the Business Small version you will be redirected to the “thank you page” or showing “thank you message” if the cost of the booking = 0, or all payment systems (at the Booking > Settings > Payment page) are deactivated.
