Can we remove the "calculate" button under calculate shipping price

    Hello Everyone,

    When we calculate shipping according to the countries or states…we have a separate section to calculate this. I want to merge that part with the shipping n billing section. so can we remove that button and merge the fields under shipping fields..So,that siping will automatically be calculated on the basis of these fileds under billing or shipping.

    Please Suggest a solution ASAP.
