Put back what you have edited and try the HC Custom WP-Admin URL plugin: http://wordpress.org/plugins/hc-custom-wp-admin-url/
If you’re only changing this url to make it easier for yourself / others to get to the login screen, you can simply create a redirect. Simply create an empty directory of the desired url. For example:
yoursite.com/login
Create the login folder on your root, then add a redirect that goes to the full url that wordpress provides. That way yourself, and others can simply type yoursite.com/login, and be taken to the login screen.
This is all assuming you just want to make getting to the url easier. Also note that if your root has a folder called admin, or login, or whatever you desire, that you can’t redirect that name, so you need something original.
Grahak Seva could you please explain to me how you put the sign in button in your sidebar and how did you make that login page because i really want a login page and button like yours but i cant make something like this because i dont really know anything about coding….

I just create a new folder in my directory (it doesn’t need anything in it).
Then I redirect to that folder?
