Banner too big in Firefox

    I have built a banner image I am happy with on Google Chrome, but when I preview it in Firefox, the banner is super-sized. Is this a responsiveness issue? I have not mucked about with the CSS yet, so its probably not my fault this time. Maybe. Does anyone have any brilliant ideas?
