   Every time, I save a post, I get this error:

   Access denied for user 'adamsweb'@'localhost' (using password: NO) on line: 294

   Now, I go back and the post is saved just fine, however my trackbacks aren't sent and commenters get a similar error when trying to post comments.

   I had the same error message. I checked your site and determined that we were both using the Popularity Contest plug-in by Alex King. I updated to 1.3b2 and the error went away. You could also deactive the plug-in to test if that solves your problem.
