Error When Saving Posts

Every time, I save a post, I get this error:

Access denied for user ‘adamsweb’@’localhost’ (using password: NO) on line: 294

Now, I go back and the post is saved just fine, however my trackbacks aren’t sent and commenters get a similar error when trying to post comments.
