Any Job Board Plugins with Front End Capability

I am trying to find a plugin which allows users to post a job posting from the front end and have the job postings show up on a searchable page?

I really am also looking for something that allows users to display their resumes and have users be able to filter them, but that may be getting my hopes of.

I’ve tried about 6 different plugins, and the only one that I know like this is WPJobBoard, but the only problem with this is that it forces the user to register twice, once on my page, and again to have the ability to post a resume or job.

Does anyone know of any others that you would recommend?
