wp may have stalled email

Hiya,
I’ve recently been getting getting emails (2 a month or so) to my wordpress admin that say
“Preload may have stalled”
and
“Preload has been restarted”
– and then a link ending in: …wp-admin/options-general.php?page=wpsupercache
What does this mean? Is it something to worry about?
