No visual rich text editor / TinyMCE in WP 2.3.1

    Clicking “Visual” or “Code” makes no difference.

    TinyMCE will not display, no rich text editor.

    Tried in numerous browsers on numerous accounts.

    Tried many fixes for this online, none of them will work.

    Please, please help.
