Reduce container size?

So my problem is that my menu is too close to my social icon buttons (facebook, twitter, etc.). When I hover over the Social icons it is actually directing me to the menu item just below. Is their a way to reduce the menu hover coverage, or the container size of the menu so I can click on my social icons? I would prefer to leave the text where it is at… My website is http://www.clowardh2o.com/home-2/who-we-are/ . The problem is in the upper right corner. Can anyone help? Thanks!
