Slick contact form not sending

My slick contact form is not working ive tried to follow everything you said and its still not sending to me . Its on deskillscenter.org I have it so it should send the email to tinaramsey@deskillscenter.org and from there the host has an email alias where itll send to like three different inbox’s. Non of which are receiving. I had it working a week or 2 ago and suddenly it has stopped working it says it successfully sent but nobody is receiving . On the site to the left look for the request a brochure button. Please let me know your thoughts… they are very appreciated.
