Hi Max,
When you say did not change the user from free to paid, what exactly do you mean?
Was the user a subscriber before purchasing a paid member level?
You do not change member levels in the PMPro Members List, but simply view it –
http://yoursitename.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=pmpro-memberslist
You can change it in WordPress Users:
http://yoursitename.com/wp-admin/user-edit.php?user_id=
You will see the order information in:
http://yoursitename.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=pmpro-orders
Hope this helps.

Hi Lisa,
Thanks for your response. The issue is that as an admin, I am not seeing a drop down to change the membership levels in WordPress Users. I am just seeing the name of the users current level, including mine. I have double checked that I am still the administrator.
Any ideas?
We are using a paid version, but this forum seemed like it had more action.
Hi Max,
If you are a paid customer of PMPro support you can email us your login info via our contact page to have us take a look, but please do one thing first:
Please disable as many other plugins as possible and see if the issue persists. If you can copy to a staging site and return to a default theme, please test that way.

Hope this helps.
