Translation files not working

    Thanks for the great plugin.
    I like it a lot and now came up with Japanese translation files.

    Unfortunately, po/mo files do not seem to be loaded though properly put in “languages” directory, with file names as “wordpress-access-control-ja.mo” and “wordpress-access-control-ja.po”.

    I have made several plugins translated this way, but would you let me know how I can make it for this plugin?

    By the way, I picked up your plugin on my blog in Japanese, and that article has been collecting much attention. I am sure many of the readers (mostly, native Japanese) would love to have those translation files working 🙂
