WordPress.com / Jetpack – lost subscribers and missing stats

I recently [as of last month] switched hosts from GoDaddy to this* and now my Jetpack stats have reset and I lost my subscribers. Is there any way to get both of them back? My domain name is http://www.sweetbetweens.com
