Under Construction is not working

I am using Headway plug in. with 2 templates one for the home (landing page) page and the other is the inside template for all other pages.

I loaded your under construction plugin Set up the primers that I wanted, save it and then published it. went to my website using Firefox I opened up my site, the home page came up ( the landing page ) there was no under construction page that came up. How do I activate the under construction page??? or Is this plug-in incompatible with headway.the
