CDN URL Rewriting on self hosted not working

Hello,

I set up CDN on media.photo06.fr, a self-hosted server on another machine. All static files were uploaded.

W3TC is set up with CDN active on
http://www.photographe-mariages.net/cours-photos-gratuits-le-blog/

But when looking at the code of this page, there is no redirection at all. Actually none of W3TC features seems to be active: minify for instance.
Yet when I look at the code of this page, I do see at the bottom of the code:

Minified using apc
Page Caching using apc
Database Caching using apc (DONOTCACHEDB constant is defined)
Object Caching 4150/4297 objects using apc
Content Delivery Network via media.photo06.fr

I tested 4 different browsers with always the same result. I’m logged out as administrator. What’s happening?
