    It seems like every time a new version of WordPress is released, they change the link template tags so that they just plain don’t display on my blog any more.

    This is really annoying!

    This wouldn’t be so bad if there were decent documentation of the new tags, but the current one for wp_list_bookmarks() is a rough draft.

    At your behest, I’ve removed the ‘draft’ notification on the article, Template_Tags/wp_list_categories.

    Since wp_list_categories is relatively new, I would expect that Template Tag to be around quite some time. There are no guarantees that changes or enhancements wouldn’t affect functionality though. You may want to watch the Trac for impending changes related to that Template Tag.

    If you do have some improvements or suggestions for that Codex article, please feel free to edit that document. Remember that Codex is maintained by volunteers and your contributions are gladly welcomed.
