Error message on settings

On the screen where I put the settings up I get this message on every posting alternativ:

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in www/wp-content/plugins/wp-to-buffer/admin/settings.php on line 164

And I get error message when trying to submit a post.Please help!
