Newsletter Plugin: What code to copy to re-create header and menu bar?

    I’m using a plugin by Tribulant Software that allows newsletters to be sent out to large numbers of email subscribers (http://tribulant.com/plugins/view/1/wordpress-newsletter-plugin). I’m trying to create a “theme” for the newsletter, which allows you to put HTML and CSS code before and after the newsletter content.

    What I’m trying to do is re-create the header and menu bar from my site so that they show up at the top of each newsletter. What code do I need to copy from my WordPress site’s files to do this? Can I simply copy the code from header.php?
